Each jewelry piece from The Gold Atelier is meticulously handcrafted to order in Italy. As such, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please note, we are confident you will love the jewelry for years to come. Do you ship internationally?

Can you make the same piece in 14k, 21k, or any other purity?
We do not take customization requests and exclusively make our jewelry with 18 karat solid gold, which we view as the most luxurious and elevated gold purity.
